Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been placed on StarBottles.in, it cannot be cancelled.
  • However, if you wish to cancel, you must send a written request within 24 hours of placing the order by:

  • If the cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed.

Returns & Refunds

Goods once sold by StarBottles.in are not returnable or refundable, except in the following cases:

Wrong Product Supplied

In case of the above situations, we will provide a replacement product at no extra cost.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

Important Notes

Replacement will only be initiated after verification by our quality team.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice for replacement eligibility.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
